Sustainability in action
One of the key pillars of LETS is supporting projects that help the Letefoho community build self-sustainability and may have the potential to be a valuable income source in the future. It’s wonderful to see these initiatives making a real difference: 🥬 Vegetable garden – providing teachers and students with hands-on learning while growing produce that can also be sold to the community. Looking forward to seeing the variety of plants that are being grown including broccoli,


Community Centre
Started in 2023 the Letefoho Community Centre, now holds regular school and community events in the enormous hall. Below the hall and overlooking the village of Letefoho, is accommodation with ensuites, a meeting area and a dining room, for the hosting of guests and visitors to the Letefoho Parish. This project was supported by the Diocese of Dili, the Letefoho parishioners and LETS donors. It now serves the whole of the Letefoho community.
